Yield: 5 to 10 servings

Cook Time: 20 to 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Not Rotel)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 2 Serrano peppers (if you like it hot)
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp juice from lime

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Chop all your veggies
  2. Place these veggies along with half of the can of diced tomatoes and chilie’s and seasonings into blender and pulse until desired consistently.
  3. Squeeze lime juice in salsa and mix to combine. Then place in fridge for at least 20 minutes so flavors can marry each other.
  4. Grab your favorite Tortilla chips and Enjoy!!!!!
